Largest MLS in Colorado simplifies transactions for participating agents

CINCINNATI, DECEMBER 19, 2017 — Dotloop, a leading platform for simplifying the real estate buying and selling process, today announced a new partnership with REcolorado, the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Colorado, which serves more than 22,000 real estate agents. The new “Loop It” integration offers unique benefits for users of both REcolorado and dotloop.

The addition of dotloop’s “Loop It” button will enable REcolorado subscribers to quickly and seamlessly start a new transaction on a home listing from within its MLS platform.

Through the integration, transaction data for a listing that is available to REcolorado members via CoreLogic Matrix, the largest MLS software provider in the country, will be auto-filled into each dotloop transaction, including property details and other listing data. This will help streamline the manual data entry process and increase agent productivity.
