The Information We Collect

  • Data collected by dotloop
    dotloop may collect location information about you through your mobile device if you provide your consent using a push notification. You may withdraw your consent to having the Mobile App collect location information by changing its settings. dotloop does not automatically collect your location information when you download the Mobile App.
    The Mobile App stores and transmits pictures using your mobile device’s camera if you opt to use certain features of the Mobile App. It only uses photos for the purposes that you direct and at your discretion.

Normally, DotLoop will not disclose personal information unless you have authorized the disclosure. There are some circumstances where DotLoop may disclose personal information without consent. Invite a User
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site or share a document, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. Dotloop stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
