If I sign up for dotloop Select, what will happen to my existing dotloop Premium account?
You’ll still have access to your existing Premium profile.
If I sign up for dotloop Select, will I still have access to the loops I’m working on now using my dotloop Premium account?
Yes. When you sign up for dotloop Select, a new profile will get added to your existing dotloop account. The loops you are in the process of working on will still be accessible in your old profile, but you will use your new dotloop Select account to create new loops moving forward.
If I’m already paying for dotloop Premium on a month to month basis, should cancel my current payment?
You don’t have to cancel your dotloop Premium account, we’ll do it for you.
If there is a custom Association and/or PalmerHouse form that is not in my dotloop Select document library, how do I request that it be added?

What is a loop template?
Loop templates can be chosen during the loop creation process. Loop templates load pre-determined documents and folders to a loop, providing a faster, more customized transaction experience for agents.
