Terms & Conditions

How to Apply Promotion: Each brokerage firm or team leader that signs up for Dotloop Business+ or Dotloop for Teams for the first time (or reinstates a previously canceled subscription for either product), will receive the Promotion. Please inform your sales representative regarding how you would like the Promotion applied to your account (described in more detail below). You may be required to show proof of identification or other proof that you or your brokerage firm meets the eligibility criteria for this Promotion as detailed above.

Promotion Amount: Eligible brokerage firms or team leaders will receive a single $500 credit which they can choose to apply towards (1) their account set-up fee, (2) their first monthly bill, or (3) towards a separate subscription for dotloop PRO, as selected by the brokerage or team leader. The value of this Promotion is $500.00. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Promotion are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an account credit or other benefit of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

Duration: The Promotion is a limited time offer and will be valid for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days from the date on which HIVE MLS members are actually granted access to the ShowingTime+ Essentials software, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion acting in good faith.

The Promotion is offered and available “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Unless prohibited by law, the purchaser may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax forms, and/or other reasonable documentation provided by Sponsor before the Promotion is applied to the purchaser’s account. If the purchaser does not execute such documentation upon any such request, the Promotion may not be applied to their account.

General: Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from a purchaser’s participation in the Promotion. By purchasing Dotloop Business+ or Dotloop for Teams, each purchaser agrees to these Terms and waives and releases Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from, all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the acceptance, use of or inability to use the Promotion (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Terms or to terminate this Promotion at any time and for any reason. Any provision of these Terms deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of any Promotion materials or in the administration of the Promotion. The Promotion and these Terms will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Washington. Purchasers agree to be bound by these Terms.
