Today dotloop announced plans to be acquired by Zillow Group®, marking a major milestone for not just our company but our customers as well. This move solidifies our commitment to the success of brokers and agents and will allow us to do even more to enable real estate professionals to grow their businesses.
As part of Zillow Group, dotloop will benefit from being a part of a larger company with greater resources to invest in product innovation and customer experience. But this acquisition will not change our agreements or relationships with customers. Success managers and user support staff are still here to enable broker implementation and provide trouble-shooting assistance to agents, homebuyers and sellers.
