To make the dotloop experience better for you, we bring updates and fixes every Wednesday night. Every update of dotloop includes improvements for speed and reliability as well as additional features to help you do more with dotloop.
The interactive document creation process just got easier with our decision to invest in a new interactive document concierge service.
Now when you are submitting a new document, you will be prompted to enter a credit card. When you request a custom document to be created, your project will be reviewed by a member of our team. If we have any questions, or need additional materials to help get us started, you’ll hear from one of our team members. Otherwise, you will receive an email letting you know the project has been accepted, along with an estimated completion date and total project cost. When your project is completed, you will be charged to your credit card on file and your success manager will notify you. It’s that simple.
We have made your experience even easier with a new profile design for Trusted Service Providers.
dotloop will now auto suggest a TSP within a 50 mile radius of your zip code (user settings), when you start to enter the name/email address. You can add multiple service providers from this popup.
We will now be displaying TSP categories instead of individual TSP clients. The photo for each category will be the default photo unless there is an existing TSP in the category with a photo. If there are multiple TSPs in the category with a photo, dotloop will choose one at random.
