Time for Change and Choice: AAR Forms Available in dotloop

It’s official-we’re excited to say that the Arizona Association of REALTORS has made its forms available to all active members in our VERSION–NOW format. The dotloop team worked closely with AAR to innovate and deliver new functionality, providing levels of control and flexibility for the dotloop platform to exceed standards in membership validation.
Now these innovations, built in conjunction with AAR, are available to all REALTOR associations we partner with – delivering the most secure and innovative membership validation process on the market to ensure only those that have the proper rights to use association documents can access them.

As we highlighted this morning, the agreement will make all AAR forms accessible to all active members through dotloop, allowing them to work better with their clients and leverage the most secure process and platform in the industry.

Innovation and security have been our commitments since day one, but we’re also committed to allowing our customers and partners to work the way they want, and that’s why we delivered this level of control and flexibility for the AAR.

Commitment To Collaboration and Constant Improvement

This relationship and collaboration between dotloop and AAR over the last 16 months is summed up in the announcement this morning, as well as, the AAR blog post. Both express AAR’s forward thinking approach and commitment to servicing members — an approach any organization looking out for the best interest of their members could learn from.

With that in mind, we worked alongside AAR to ensure the organization could add as much value as possible for it’s members, and we’re grateful and excited about the results.

With validation from more than 3,000 brokers, 750,000 real estate professionals, 60 forward thinking organizations and some of the biggest brands in the country, we’ve firmly established ourselves as the market leader in broker solutions. With all of that said, we are continuing to innovate and a lot of our ideas still come from close collaboration with our partners, including associations. The AAR, and our work with them, is a great example of this.

The new functionality includes access to forms which are validated by matching every agent’s uniqueNRDS ID number to their last name. This new and innovative procedure ensures all AAR forms are available to active members using dotloop’s interactive platform, in place of paper documents or PDFs, while making the on-boarding for new agents simple and seamless.
