dotloop believes that transactions shouldn’t be painful. It’s at the core of everything we do and it’s our driving force to get up and get to work each day.

In so many ways, dotloop is constantly striving to provide the most positive user experience possible, for agents and brokers as well as for their clients.

dotloop will soon move to empower agents and brokers to connect their clients with preferred vendors within the system. This acts essentially as an extension of what many agents are already doing on paper – providing their clients with a recommended list of experienced and valuable service providers. And to assist in providing a nationwide list of providers, dotloop has established partnerships with providers such as WhiteFence, ClosingCorp and LendingTree.

This functionality has been active in a private focus group of a few hundred users who opted to embrace this new innovation over last few months. We’re in the process of getting final feedback and direction from our agent user base and plan to make it available to the public in the upcoming months.

What does this mean?
This enhanced dotloop functionality means a lot to a lot of different people. In creating this tool, we considered the buying and selling process from every angle, every perspective and every possible interaction. In the end, we’ve put together a tool that will soon become another seamless and seemingly invisible step in the process.

First and foremost, for agents, this means you can keep providing your clients the ultimate in value. You likely already keep a preferred list of service providers in your area that you recommend to your clients, whether that is inspectors, plumbers or even utility companies. By recommending providers through dotloop, you’ll be able to connect your clients directly with the people you trust to get things done right the first time.

Speaking of clients, our early access agent user group has shown that clients love and will love being able to use dotloop after the close, perceiving an even deeper value from their agents. They’ll want to work with their agents again and again, because their agents work to keep things simple, clean and efficient.

But the benefits go beyond the agent-client interaction. For brokers, the process falls within the same views they have now – within DASHBOARD.

Why now?
Long-time dotloop users might be wondering why we’d make this change now. The fact is that consumers are used to doing everything in one easy, convenient process. They like to shop online because they can get everything they want from any type of store without ever leaving their home. It’s all about providing an experience, and it’s not going away anytime soon.
