A green, fun means of transportation has become part of the local scene in various parts of Florida. They are called Pedi-Cabs, and as you can see above, the ones at NAR are dotloop branded!
Pedi-Cabs are about as green as you can get with local transportation because unlike cars or golf carts, zero fossil fuels are burned. All of the energy comes from the person pedaling the bicycle while you sit back and relax in the cart.
A few other reasons why you can expect to see a lot of NAR attendees getting around on Pedi-Cabs in Orlando:
- Parking: Why worry about places to park the car when you can leave the car behind and hop into a waiting Pedi-Cab?
- A short, quick ride: Many restaurants and places of interest are close enough to the conference to use a Pedi-Cab instead of a car. You get there faster than walking and can watch the scenery go by during the ride.
