If you have never attended a RE Bar Camp and live in the northeast, make sure that you keep June 20th free to check out the one being held at the Back Bay Events Center in Boston, Massachusetts. BarCamps were more or less invented by techies from San Francisco who wanted to have an open, easy means of getting together and discussing technology. In a sense, it’s analogous to a social media website without the Internet because anyone can sign up, anyone can participate, and it doesn’t cost a thing.

All you have to do is register for the event and that can be done either beforehand at their website or at the event itself. If you want to help out with a particular session, you just put your name in a time slot for that session. None of the sessions are planned out in advance so you really don’t know exactly what’s going to be specifically discussed during the event. However, as chaotic as it sounds, the RE Bar Camp is an excellent way of getting together with other people in the real estate industry and openly discussing all sorts of topics. There’s a good chance you will talk about cloud-based solutions, make plenty of connections, and learn as much as you can handle.

Be sure to say hello to the DotLoop team when you’ve got a moment to learn about how our solution can simplify your life!
